Who We Are

Located in Morris County, Winston Preparatory School New Jersey is a highly-individualized  private day school for students through 12th grade with learning differences such as dyslexia, nonverbal learning disabilities (NVLD), and executive functioning difficulties (ADHD).

We deeply understand each student, individualize a program to meet their needs, and continually refine this program based on individual progress, while building a powerful sense of community.

Despite the best efforts of her teachers, my daughter struggled to learn and it was clear that public school was not designed for children with her learning profile. She had enormous potential but could not thrive in a one size fits all curriculum. Her excitement for learning and self-confidence were quickly dwindling. My daughter needed a highly individualized school with customized programs taught by top experts in learning differences. She needed an environment that did not hastily put labels and limits on children, but instead was dedicated to assessing and understanding her unique sets of strengths and weaknesses in order to access her full potential. She needed Winston Prep.
