This person will provide decoding, encoding, reading fluency, reading comprehension, and writing remediation in both one-to-one and classroom settings. They will also support students’ growth in a student-centered, skills-focused way using best practices and a differentiated, individualized curriculum. The role requires building and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and faculty while also addressing the social-emotional needs of each student.
