Winston Transitions' Employability Program offers personalized one-to-one Focus sessions twice per week as part of its primary goal of supporting students in employability skill building. The Focus Program is designed to provide students with remedial instruction tailored to their individual needs and goals.

The Employability Program also includes up to 3 content courses.
 
Students enrolled in the Employability Program also have the opportunity to participate in the Transitions Internship Program two days a week, which focuses on enhancing employability and work-study skill development. For students with specific goals related to ongoing academic skill building, the program offers the option of completing college coursework, providing a well-rounded and customizable educational experience.
